A refreshing iced coffee is one of my favorite morning treats during the summer. And, surprisingly enough, it takes very little effort to make at home.
The secret to the perfect up: cold brewed concentrate.
I like to follow THIS recipe, from the NY Times. It yields two generous cups and tastes delicious with a little splash of cream and sugar.
Be sure to use good quality coffee. My personal favorite is Black Cat. It makes a difference, trust me.
